QRKoin is an application that allows making cashless payments in places such as vending machines, car washes, self-service laundries, or any other unattended vending machine. In practice, it allows the replacement of a coin or notepad only by a QR code that identifies the machine.

It is completely free to the user and is now available for Android and iOS.

To make the purchase, the user only needs to scan the QR code on the vending machine and access a menu with the articles available in it. All articles can be defined in a management platform through any web browser.

For the companies that manage the machines, a set of operational and economic management indicators are made available online through the HEXA platform.

The communication between the machine and the server is done through an IoT device. The installation of this device is very simple and allows two-way communication between the machine and the server.

Besides the cashless payment functionality, QRKoin also allows its platform to create maintenance reports. It allows to optimize technical and replacement routes, report the status of the machine, the need for preventive or periodic maintenance, replacements of which products and missing quantities, total sales value and per product, number of coins in the machine, breakdown of sales in cash, debit card or meal card and by QRKoin, etc.

It is a management system that can be configured and adapted to any client, with the possibility of configuring the documents to be produced and integrated with other management software already in use by the client.

To proceed with the purchase, the user only needs to scan the QR code in the vending machine, having access to a menu with the items available. This payment can be made through MBWay or a preloading credit card.
